Knight Protective Service believes in developing long-term working relationships with its customers.  This begins by our providing an on-going corporate presence at the contract site – not only when there is a problem or when the customer requests it, but on a regularly scheduled basis.  As part of our Corporate Quality Control Plan, a senior KPS corporate official meets with each of our client representatives, in person, at least once a month and, between those visits, stays abreast of our customer’s needs by telephone and e-mail.  Corporate presence is a major priority of Knight Protective Service because experience has shown us that increased corporate presence increases employee morale, and demonstrates our commitment to quality service and successful performance.
